Supporting and connecting elderly people with the services they need to maintain their independence.
Community Accessability help older individuals maintain their independence through a range of Aged Services, including assistance around their home as well as community-based supports.

Funding and eligibility
Depending on your location and government support packages, you may be eligible for subsidised services. These include the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) via My Aged Care referral to clients aged 65+ and Torres Strait Islander and Aboriginal peoples aged 50+, as well as Department of Veterans’ Affairs support recipients.
In addition, Community Accessability provides a self-funded option for older people who are not eligible for CHSP.
