Community Accessability is a Registered NDIS Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination provider supporting participants across North-East Victoria, including Shepparton, Wangaratta, Yarrawonga, Benalla, Wodonga, Cobram, Echuca and surrounding districts.
When selected and used correctly, your NDIS plan will increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently, and participate in all the aspects of community life that you enjoy. Community Accessability’s dedicated Support Coordinators will work with you to ensure the right supports are selected to create your own, personalised plan. Our experienced Level 3 Support Coordination team works alongside participants, families, carers, and providers to assist people with complex needs and challenging situations, helping you understand, implement, and make the most of the supports available through your NDIS plan.
