We’ll connect you with a support worker who understands what’s important to you and will make sure you stay connected with the people, activities, and aspects of the community you love.

Are you eligible for Individual Community Support?
As we are a registered NDIS provider, you can allocate funds from your NDIS plan to cover the cost of Individual Community Support. There is also the option to self-fund if you don’t have NDIS funding in place.
