We understand how important it is for you to find the providers and services that will be of most value to you. Our Support Coordination, also known as coordination of supports, can assist you with understanding, implementing and using all the different supports available to you through your NDIS plan.
When selected and used correctly, your NDIS plan will increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently, and participate in all the aspects of community life that you enjoy. Community Accessability’s dedicated Support Coordinators will work with you to ensure the right supports are selected to create your own, personalised plan.
