Community Accessability provides safe, reliable and flexible transport services to support people to attend appointments, access essential services, and stay connected to their community.
Our transport services are delivered across multiple programs and funding streams, ensuring we can support a wide range of client needs.
Our Transport Services
NDIS Transport
We provide transport supports for NDIS participants to attend appointments, community activities, employment, and social participation. Services are delivered in line with individual plans and goals.
CHSP Transport
Transport services for older people under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), supporting access to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities to maintain independence at home.
Support at Home Transport
We provide transport services under the Support at Home program, supporting older people to attend appointments, access the community, and maintain independence at home.
HACC PYP Transport
Transport support for younger people with disability (not eligible for NDIS) or who experience transport disadvantage, enabling access to essential services and community participation.
Contracted Services
We partner with government, health services, education providers and organisations to deliver tailored transport solutions aligned to specific program and community needs.
School Bus Runs
As part of our broader transport capability, we deliver dedicated school and education transport services in partnership with Departments of Education and TAFE providers, ensuring safe and reliable travel to and from school and training environments.
VPTAS (Victorian Patient Transport Assistance Scheme)
We support eligible clients to access specialist medical treatment by providing transport assistance in line with program guidelines.
Private Transport
Transport services available to members of the community on a fee-for-service basis, providing flexible access to appointments, shopping, and social activities where other funded programs may not apply.
